"I believe in the right to fresh air, but I believe that it's also a right to smoke in a public place" ... I can't believe anyone would complain about not being able to cause detriment to other people's health. What an idiot. Winnipeg has been blissfully smoke-free for years. It's hard to believe that any developed country would allow public smoking.
